Turtle Mountain Replacement High School is an approximately 116,000 ft2 high school. The school is aiming for LEED Silver certification, and Sustainable Engineering Group has provided the LEED commissioning services (prerequisite and enhanced credit) from schematic design through operation for the high school. 
The school’s features mainly traditional HVAC systems with some energy efficient features such as demand control ventilation, energy recovery heat exchangers, and occupancy sensors.
